Whether it’s a music video for your new single or a promo video for your online business, each project has unique needs and requires diligent preparation. Gather Round Media is here to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible, from conception to completion. Here’s how it works.
STEP ONE: Meet and Greet
Each project, no matter the size, requires trust. That’s why we offer a free 30-60 minute consultation with potential clients to break the ice and talk shop. In-person or video call. Let’s talk!
STEP TWO: Pre-production and Scheduling
A crucial step towards the finished product, pre-production and scheduling develops a detailed plan for everything moving forward. This includes securing locations, individual schedules, props, wardrobe, and more. A 50% deposit is required before Step Two begins.
STEP THREE: Filming
Lights. Camera. Action! With pre-production finished, it’s time to make your video idea a reality. Depending on your project’s needs and size, the filming process can take anywhere from a few hours up to several days.
STEP FOUR: Post-production
With the footage secured, the post-production step can begin. The video editing process requires time, meticulous precision and collaboration with the client. We happily share our progress with clients along the way to ensure a satisfactory step five.
STEP FIVE: Export and Deliver
You’ve approved the final edits, paid the project in full, and the video files are on the way! Depending on your project’s size and scope, delivering video files may require cloud and/or external storage to ensure complete and safe delivery.
